Enersol

In September 2019, CAREL acquired 100% of Enersol, the Canadian distributor based in Beloeil (Quebec).

Founded in 1978 and CAREL’s commercial partner since the foundation of Carel USA in 2000, the company is active in the distribution of humidification systems and the associated service.

The acquisition of Enersol has allowed us to expand our direct sales network, aimed at reinforcing the direct relationship with our clients.
Moreover, the various solutions produced by CAREL and the Enersol’s expertise accrued over more than 40 years on the Canadian market, have strengthened the Group’s leadership in the North American market and the leadership position on the global market.
